Quality Control Manager or Senior Manager

• Understand our risk and compliance profile
• Independence monitoring
• Provide independent perspective on risks to our system of quality management and consider evolving control needs
• Build relationships with subject matter specialists from compliance areas and other firm functional groups
• Interacting with and assisting compliance leaders across a wide range of subject matter areas to understand monitoring requirements and incorporate them into an integrated and repeatable monitoring process and strategy
• Ability to present topics such as findings and recommendations confidently from creation of materials to socialization and presentation

• 5+ years of public accounting or equivalent experience for Manager level; 8+ years of public accounting or equivalent experience for Senior Manager level
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
• Have a strong understanding of SEC and PCAOB Independence requirements for professional auditing firms
• Investment company or portfolio company background
• Demonstrated team leadership competencies/experience
• Client-service oriented mindset
• Must have strong risk and controls experience
• Initiative to learn, ask questions, operate in a fast-paced environment, challenge the status quo, develop strong relationships internally, and being flexible are required and keys to success

Estimated Salary Range:  $100,000 - $200,000*
